With nearly 15 years in family practice, Heidi McGraner specializes in managing chronic wounds and advanced treatment techniques. With over 16 years of experience across long-term care, home health, and acute care settings, Teresa Tarango brings a wealth of knowledge to Mobile Wound Care MD as an LVN, RN, and now FNP-C. Drawn to the opportunity for one-on-one patient engagement, she values including patients in their care plans with a respectful, collaborative approach. When she’s not working, Teresa loves spending time with her family and doting on her grandbabies.
